Font size (or color) by possition
So items would get their font size (or color) without any user edition just by drag and drop.
Items on top (more urgent) will be bigger (or red). Items on the bottom smaller (or green).

Dimming sounds good, but I see the problems maybe - the B&W should stay if poss, unless the palette is subdued (too many primary colour apps out there already).

The problem of dimming from black is it would get soon to the completed tasks and "Type description..." gray color and might be confusing. May be dimming from another color. I like the B&W minimal look I think is cool though. That is why I thought of just playing with the size on the first place.

I appreciate your comments! What would you say to dimming the lower items rather than coloring them different? Or do you think color is better?
