iPhone version
I adore the simplicity of this, and a version sized for mobiles would make it perfect.
I think a little app would wipe the floor of all the ugly pointless function-stuffed ones available, but only needs to be a mobile sized view.

Shortcut Keys

Font size (or color) by possition
So items would get their font size (or color) without any user edition just by drag and drop.
Items on top (more urgent) will be bigger (or red). Items on the bottom smaller (or green).Status: under review -

Priority values and colors
I think that there no need to implement too many features, it will be better if you keep it simple. So I think that the very important features to add are:
- Priority levels
- Deadline (date)
and that's all! Other functions could be useless.
